Luxe: On Demand Valet Parking & Car Services App Reviews

No valet at our destination. Waited 10 minutes and finally had to drive around for another 20 minutes looking for parking.

Set the app up and requested parking as I left my house...40 mins later I get to the location where I need parking and it tells me it will be 15 more minutes but the guy is on 14th st and im downtown...at least 30 mins in traffic...so i circled until I found street parking...waste of time

Great service. Request a valet at your destination before you even leave and a valet is ready and waiting when you arrive. Schedule a return or request your car back a few minutes before you need it. Never have to stress about parking again.

Service is great. App is great, some minor issues with pin drops. Overall great service and app. Would recommend to anyone with a car.

Couldnt live and work in downtown without luxe. I use it daily - greatly reduces stress during my commute and love to use it at bars/restaurants where parking is horrible. So great to roll up to the door and hand off my keys and not worry about anything!!

Tried it for my first time on Saturday, not sure how I didnt know about this before. Felt like a white glove VIP valet.

Luxe literally makes me go places I never wouldve gone before. Parking is now a non-issue. No restaurant in the city is safe from my appetite now!

I use it down town CHICAGO . Sometimes I may start the day in the financial district but end my day in Streeterville. I like the extra services , car wash , gas up and overall its good . Its not perfect but its better than most other options I use

I love using Luxe especially in Downtown LA where parking can easily cost most than using LUXE. Just schedule your arrival and the valets almost always beat me to my destination. As for scheduling a pickup, that gets a little tricky as it could take a bit of time so just make sure to to give them at least 15 minutes to get you your car. Though this does depend on time of day. Great customer service as well if you run into any problems. Use code ERIC131 for $20 in free credit when you sign up. Good for parking more than once since the max per park is $15.

Smoothly- In Baltimore, MD it worked well- 3 different parking outlets. Old Town, VA and a few other places- it worked fine. However in Washington, D.C.- Freaking headache DuPont Circle/ U St/ Adams Morgan. It was a lot rigmarole and whos on first- kind of thing- irritating. My clients are in D.C./ Bethesda and Id like for this app to be less frustrating and work for the DMV area- period.
