Luxe: On Demand Valet Parking & Car Services App Reviews

I downloaded the app to use in Seattle based on recommendation of 2 freebies from Hertz. First of all, the valet service is never available when you need it as they seem to be closed (midnight on a Friday night?! And 9PM Sunday night). Secondly, once your credit card is entered into the app you cant remove it until you replace it by another credit card.

First of all, if you havent used Luxe yet make sure you use the coupon ABDULLA1 to get $20 off the first time your park! Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! Excellent service in SF. Stress free parking. The feeling of not having to deal with finding parking in busy city like Los Angeles is viscerally rewarding. I used luxe last night in the mission district of SF. I left my home in the east bay and they were able to track my arrival, which I was a little concerned about considering traffic. No prob! My friendly valet was right on time. My car arrived about 15 mins after I requested to a different area in the neighborhood. This app is fantastic, the price is super fair and I will definitely be using luxe in the future. Overall you should definitely give it a try, especially with the coupon I gave you!!

I’m a monthly subscriber. Valets are constantly late. Sometimes take 10-15 minutes to arrive (with one block away). Valets are often unfriendly. Damaged my car now for the 2nd time. If you value your time *or* your car, stay away, far far away!

Where do I begin with this amazing app? First off, I never have to worry about parking in Chicago again! All I have to do is put in my work address and I can drop off my car at the front entrance! Sometimes I’m running on fumes and worried about getting gas in the middle of rush hour, but Luxe saves the day by filling up my gas tank for me. It’s so affordable too: $5 per hour, $22 for a WHOLE day of parking?! Craziness! Thank you Luxe for relieving me from the headache of finding parking in the Windy City

Very easy to use, I found all my valets to be very kind and professional. I got my car washed while on Luxe and it was a great service.

Crashed my wifes car. Made me super late for a meeting waiting for my car...and have cancelled my valet the last dozen times Ive tried. I give up. Luxe Suxe.

I want to love this service, but they have let me down way too often. From sending valets that cant drive manual transmissions(my car is correctly labeled in the app), to missing return times by 20+ minutes, they just cant get their act together.

Quickly has become one of my favorite services - if youre someone who values your time then this is a must use app. Not only will they take the stress out of trying to find parking in SF, but they also fill up my gas tank whenever I need it. Im not sure how I lived without it before.

Ive been using Luxe for a few months and absolutely love it. It is incredibly convenient, the customer service Dept are amazing and the valets are super nice and professional. Prices are competitive! Love this!!!

The app asks to use my location at all times, even when I am not using the app. There is no reason it needs my location 24-7. For this reason I havent gone past the first screen yet.

It was 6 oclock on a busy Saturday evening, downtown Seattle and it informs me they are closed. Closed? Theater, restaurant goers etc teem the downtown and parking is a pain. Closed?

Ive tried to use Luxe multiple times--even during non-peak hours--and they decline to pick up my car only when Im minutes away from my drop-off location. Ive reached out to customer service, and I was told that I should call customer service if they decline to pick up my car. Whats the purpose of the app then? Crappy customer service.

You always have to wait for valet for drop off and pick up. Valet does not come to pick up location on time. Sometimes you will get an vehicle accident by valet and you might pay for the part of that.
