This is a company that I get good vibes from, nice people and a very invaluable service for us in San Francisco. I always give them at least 15 minutes notice of where I will be and they have been timely at the meeting spot.

Excellent service. First day I ever tried it. Used it twice. Well done and kudos to the guys that thought this service up, and those that handle logistics... Not an easy thing to do. Now you just need to maintain your high level of service... Even harder.

For me the mobile app has been seamless and the service great. Its not cheap, but no parking in downtown Austin really is. Would definitely recommend!

We opted for a gas tank fill with Luxe, which seemed like a great idea. A few days later our check engine light went on and we brought the car in for service only to find our engine was fine, but the gas cap wasnt on correctly, which caused the light to go on. Luxe will not compensate in any way for their mistake. Their mistake cost us over $100. Use Luxe with a clear sense of the risk youre taking.

I hate to rate this five stars because Luxe will become more popular. Then maybe it wont be quite as efficient.

Totally fraudulent. They induced me to sign up and have zero availability ever in nyc. I was counting on it this weekend and their Cs rep basically said they have no capacity Soneone should prosecute them for fraud on the consumer.

Horrible! Do not use them. They crashed my brand new car and delivered it to me like nothing happened! I called emailed and sent photos immediately. Nobody responded. I sent car back w valet and he also took his own pictures of the damage for the boss within an hour. Ive called or emailed every day since and have yet to get word. They broke their own incredibly self-serving contract (72 hours to respond to damage). They give the most corrupt BS automated responses. They must fix my car but I doubt that will ever happen. I want to sue them so badly. They are a scam. I am furious!
