Luxe: On Demand Valet Parking & Car Services App Reviews

Im hesitant to leave a great review because it would be slower if everyone was on Luxe, but these guys deserve it. For NYC, this is unbeatable. Its much cheaper than a downtown TriBeCa lot and its door to door service. No brainer.

Terrible customer service. Period. They do not back their service. Something goes wrong and they’ll ignore your emails, etc.

Solid customer support, valets hustle their butts off and it’s much cheaper than monthly spots or parking garages. I use it for my commute every day and quite a few friends use it for residential parking near their apts, definitely recommended

After I set up my account I tried to use the service. The price within a minute jumped from $11/Hr - $38/Max to $17/Hr - $45/Max. Not a good business ethics.

Instead of riding the bus, I decided to treat myself to a monthly subscription. Best decision while Im working downtown. I have an extra hour in the morning to get ready so Im not rushing to catch the early bus and can sleep in if I want too. Its out of pure convenience and I love it so far. The valets are 98% on time and are always very friendly. Try it out, you wont regret it.

Luxe takes the hassle out of driving in San Francisco, especially downtown. The parking is so expensive Luxe is actually a better deal! No more driving around for 30 min looking for parking. Luxe is the best!

Tried this and was hopeful it would be a great experience. Drop off worked great. Requesting car back was atrocious. Scheduled it at 10am for 12:30 return. I had to eventually get on subway 10 blocks to find the parking lot to get my car because they were going to be 45 mins late. Customer service to only texts which can be frustrating. No a reliable service.

A friendly Luxe rep encouraged us to use this service - even promising our first experience would be free if we signed into the app and used his promo code. It seemed like a great idea, so we dropped off the car and went straight to shopping. When we were finished, we requested they pick us up, exactly as the rep instructed. The only problem was that the app doesnt function! When I requested the valet, the app responded with a "Something went wrong!" message, so we had to walk all around downtown Malibu for an hour or so to find another rep in a blue jacket. He called his buddy who we had originally spoken with, and they brought our car a few minutes later. But they insisted we pay $5 - a very reasonable amount for an afternoon of parking in Malibu but quite disappointing after he promised several times that our first time was free. Suffice it to say that youll be wasting your time with this app, Ill gladly pay double Luxes charge for a simple, reliable parking garage.

Quickly has become one of my favorite services - if youre someone who values your time then this is a must use app. Not only will they take the stress out of trying to find parking in SF, but they also fill up my gas tank whenever I need it. Im not sure how I lived without it before.
